Pole Fitness is a full body, 60 minute workout. We train people on all levels. You will stretch, warm up, workout, pole and learn a sexy dance routine, while toning, gaining strength, balance, and self confidence.
You don't need a Instructor? Ok, come practice your dance routine or workout routine on your own.
